SIGN UP NOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 1, 2020

HERE’S HOW

Hi, There,

As previously communicated, the One Naples development will have its first hearing by the Collier County Planning Commission.  The link to the Agenda is:

https://www.colliercountyfl.gov/home/showdocument?id=94817

IT IS VITAL THAT WE HAVE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AT THAT MEETING.  YOU CAN ATTEND EITHER VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON.  YOU MAY CHOOSE TO SPEAK OR NOT, BUT PLEASE BE SURE TO BE THERE.

Note that One Naples application is in two parts. The first is the required amendment to the Growth Management Plan, creating the Vanderbilt Beach Mixed-Use Subdistrict, and the second is the zoning change request from C-3 to PUDZ.  These are items 5 and 6 on the October 1, 2020 Agenda.  You will need to sign up for both as you will see below.

These are the last items to be heard at this meeting unless the Agenda is changed “on the fly” by the Chairman.  The meeting begins at 9:00AM in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room, Administration Building, County Government Center, Third Floor, 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida.

As part of an ongoing initiative to promote social distancing during the covid-19 pandemic, you will have the opportunity to provide public comments remotely, as well as in person.

If you wish to attend virtually, and to speak, you must register.  The link to do so is:

At that link, you will see this registration form:

After registering, you will receive an email in advance of the hearing telling you how you can join the meeting.  It will provide you with a link that is unique to you.
